Brand identity and website for a new real estate brokerage
Swarm partnered with Lokel Realty to launch a brand-new real estate brokerage from the ground up. We ran a collaborative naming process, designed the logo and full visual identity, produced print collateral like business cards, and designed and built the brokerage's website at lokelrealty.com. After launch, we stayed on as their ongoing web partner, handling content and photo updates, IDX and listing-feed integration, and routine site upkeep to keep the site current as the business grew.
