Matthew Weitzman

Managing Partner, Head of Tech & SEO

Matthew is the technical engine of Swarm. With over a decade in the industry, he specializes in web application architecture, WordPress development, and the technical SEO that decides whether Google can actually read a site. He built Swarm's proprietary hyperlocal system, and he is the reason the agency can fix problems most others can only diagnose, from PHP and API integration to the crawl-and-index issues that quietly sink rankings. Outside of work, Matthew cooks, spends time with his pets, and runs along New York City's East River.

David Fugit

Managing Partner, Head of Creative & Sales

David leads the creative and strategic side of Swarm. With over 14 years of experience, he focuses on user experience design, brand strategy, conversion optimization, and client communication: the work of turning traffic into customers and a first conversation into a lasting partnership. He is the one who makes sure the technical work actually connects with the people it is meant to reach. Outside of work, David reads, composes music, writes, plays outdoor sports, and spends time with his family in Florida.

Most agencies are one thing or the other: a dev shop that cannot market, or a marketing shop that cannot build. Swarm is deliberately both, because its founders are. That is why the SEO, the site, and the strategy all come from the same team, pointed at the same goal.
